Who handles your information
Objective Online Company S.R.L. is the controller for this company website. Our registered identity and address are available in Company & legal details. You can contact us using either address shown on our contact page.
Contact enquiries
We use the name, email address, selected topic and message you provide to read, route and answer your enquiry. Providing them is necessary to send the form; you can choose email instead. We do not use an enquiry to subscribe you to marketing.
For requests about entering a contract, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding to correspondence and operating our business (Article 6(1)(f)). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Storage and service providers
Messages are stored in a private database on our server. Our hosting provider, Google Cloud, supports the infrastructure. Brevo processes the sender details, message and delivery information needed to notify our company mailbox. Our mailbox provider also processes the delivered email. Access is limited to the people handling enquiries and operating these services.
Service providers may process information outside the EEA under applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Retention and security
The contact database automatically removes enquiries after 90 days. Email correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle your enquiry and normally no longer than 12 months after closure. Correspondence required for a contract, a legal obligation or a dispute may be retained longer for that purpose.
To limit abuse, the server briefly processes your connection address and keeps a keyed, time-limited representation for rate limiting for up to 24 hours. The contact database does not store your raw IP address. The hosting server may keep separate security and access logs under its configured retention policy.
Website visitor statistics
We use private server access logs to understand how often our website is visited and to operate and improve it. Logs contain the connection IP address, request time, page path, response status and browser user-agent. The statistics log excludes URL query strings, cookies and form bodies.
We estimate daily unique visitors using a keyed representation of the IP address and browser information that changes each UTC day. These representations are pseudonymous, not anonymous. The statistics store retains them for up to 35 days and daily aggregate counts for up to 400 days, with cleanup when the collector runs. The dedicated raw access log uses daily rotation with up to 35 archived files. Separate security logs and restricted backups follow their own operational retention policies.
Our administrator sees aggregate page views, estimated visits and daily unique counts, rather than visitor identities. Country is currently recorded as Unknown; no external IP-location service or browser location permission is used. We do not use these statistics for advertising profiles or automated decisions about you.
We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding website use and maintaining our service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can object using our company contact page. Access is limited to authorized administrators and the hosting infrastructure described above.
Browser storage
This company site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking cookies or persistent browser storage. The logo and page animations work within the current page. Other product websites have their own privacy and storage notices.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us through the company contact page. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects from your message.
You can lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including Romania’s ANSPDCP.
Approximate visitor country
For aggregate audience statistics, we estimate country from the connection IP using a local DB-IP Country Lite database. No IP address is sent to DB-IP and no browser location permission is requested. VPNs, mobile networks and database gaps can affect estimates. The private dashboard contains aggregate country counts, not raw IP addresses. Existing visitor-statistics retention periods also apply to these counts.

IP Geolocation by DB-IP. The private server uses the September 2026 IP to Country Lite database under CC BY 4.0, converted into compact local lookup ranges. No visitor IP is sent to DB-IP. Country estimates may be inaccurate or unavailable.
